[ShopeeFood Merchant] How to manage your Menu Option Groups via the Partner App?

Option groups refer to customizable sets of choices or variations offered for specific menu items. These option groups allow buyers to customize their orders based on preferences or dietary restrictions, such as choosing the spiciness of food, the sweetness and temperature of drinks and more.


(Please note that only admin accounts can update/create option groups, please check your account type before proceeding to the next step.)

  1. How to add a new option group?


Step 1: In the Shopee Partner app, tap on the ShopeeFood icon > Menu tab and click on "Option Groups". Tap "+Add" on the top left corner.


Step 2: Enter all the necessary information for the option group you wish to create and click "Confirm" on the top right. The option groups will be created automatically.

 Select the Option Group you wish to edit and update the information accordingly.



  1. How to delete an option group?


 Select the Option Group you wish to delete, tap and update the information accordingly.



  1. How to make options available/unavailable or hide/display an option group?


Step 1: Tap on the Menu tab and go to “Option Groups”. Select the option group you wish to adjust the options’ availability or the display status of the option group.


Step 2: Tap the "on/off" for the selected option according to its availability.


Step 3: If you wish to hide/unhide the option groups, click on "Display Status" to make the option group visible/non-visible to customers.


Step 4: Save the changes by tapping “Save” at the bottom of the page.
